Lost Pop Art, found in Šiška

Yet another blog post with culture theme! We're mad! Yesterday, we needed a new dose of retro art, so we drove to Šiška, more specifically to the Centre and Gallery P74, where an exhibition opening was held of the painter Milena Usenik (1934 - ) titled Lost Pop Art. And where's pop art, there are we.

We were pleasantly surprised. The opening was a complete success and we've noticed an interesting phenomenon - the crowd.
Anyway, the paintings were created in the seventies and we were impressed with lively colours and retro patterns, which reminded us of our mothers and grandmothers outfits. We also wanted to dress something similar, play oldie but goldie songs and pop open a bottle of Cockta.
An excellent exhibition indeed. You should run to Šiška too, the exhibition will remain open until April 15th. Of the year 2014.
