Wine Jam

What are the things that go so well together? Cats and a ball of yarn? Duchess Kate and Prince William. Jazz and wine perhaps? Oh yea!

The international urban festival of wine culture Wine Jam, which is already a hit in Belgrade and Zagreb is now coming to Ljubljana for the first time. It's all about responsible alcohol drinking and building wine culture. Expect around 100 top notch wineries and enologists. Don't worry about the music - there's plenty of jazzy and funky melodies that should move you. Musicians such as Janez Bončina - Benč, Mike Sponza, Nina Strnad and others will be there and will go along nicely with the wine.

The event will take place at Ljubljana's Križanke, which will be transformed to a wine village on 9th of May from 5 p.m.

P.S. A share, made from ticket sales will go to charity project called Podari Malico, which is made to help young people who live in tough social conditions. Tickets are available for 25 euros and can be found here. Cheers!
